Jean-François (JF) Guillerez, CPPL, is a professor at the School of Engineering and Technology at Conestoga College. Prior to teaching, JF spent his career working in various Packaging and Procurement roles for major food companies including Nestlé, Maple Leaf Foods and Mondelez International. He graduated in packaging engineering from the University of Reims (France) and environmental engineering from EPFL (Switzerland), focusing on waste management.
Research interests: packaging innovation and packaging sustainability.
