Hi - does anyone know the history behind Walmart's PDQ program?  When did it start?  

I can't give an exact date but can say it's more than 20 years. I used to development PDQs for use at Walmart back in 2007-2009, and remember that they were already in use when I interned at the Walmart Home office in 2006.  It would be before then.
