IoPP Gulf Coast Chapter: Houston Foam Plastics Tour

Our Gulf Coast Chapter invites packaging professionals to tour Houston Foam Plastics (HFP), where innovation meets real-world application. Attendees will explore HFP’s lab and witness demonstrations on vibration analysis, including how different spring-mass systems and cantilevered beams respond to varying frequencies. It's a fascinating hands-on experience, even for those new to vibration analysis. After the tour, enjoy casual networking at St. Arnold's Brewery, just a short walk from HFP. We annually recognize the incredible work of our chapters. Our prestigious Bronze, Silver, or Gold Chapter Excellence Awards acknowledge the dedication and success of our members across all career stages. Winning chapters receive a PackChat community badge denoting their achievement and a branded tablecloth for use at onsite events. Our Technical Committees can accumulate points through their impactful contributions and activities within the calendar year, with every point bringing you closer to being named the Technical Committee of the Year. The winning committee receives a PackChat community badge denoting their achievement and is named as an honorary benefactor for one of the year's $1,000 student Packaging Education Scholarships .
