    Hello

    The California SB54, requires companies to join PRO for the future implementation of EPR-Extended Producers Responsibility.
    My question is;
    Where can I find a United States PRO?
    Any available EPR implementation helpful tips!

    Hi Bethel,

    For packaging, I don't think any state PRO (Producer Responsibility Organization) has been formed yet. Many states passed EPR laws, but most are in the rule-making stage. 

    Timeline reference for California, Maine, and Oregon:

    I believe all those 3 states, you can listen in their rule-making meetings. CO also passed a EPR bill. 

    There is no federal packaging EPR law right now. So there is not national PRO for packaging. CA has an existing PRO for mattresses. I believe there are existing PROs for paint too, but nor sure which state has it.
