Hi Mike- I would rely on your current label supplier, who should be able to provide that label stock and a certificate of testing and analysis. I've spec'd in a label stock with that requirement and the cost went up because of certification testing. Production balked at getting the testing completed and QA said as long as the stock is certified from the mfg our QMS was satisfied. Also here is a quick link I found on Google describing the category of use, which you'll need to know so when you are working with your supplier they can get you the right label stocks. It might be as easy as changing the label stock and not buying a new label die. https://www.melrose-nl.com/blog/what-are-ul-969-recognized-labeling-constructions?gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQiA4-y8BhC3ARIsAHmjC_HKDJiGm1TFCZl2tddEsF19e8ALyjqmi0EuiCQdakA02FTcgk7_8gwaAjj6EALw_wcB
Hope that gets you going.

Looking for assistance relative to testing facilities that can validate a label stock to the subject standards or label manufacturers that know they are compliant to these standards and can provide documentation to that fact as well provide a label meeting that criteria quickly. Thanks.
