Madhumitha:
I would recommend using a non destructive test method such as the Inficon Contra S-Series. This will allow you to test the filled packages.
We use this machine regularly for determining seal hermeticity and I highly recommend it.

Hello All,
I need to perform package integrity testing on a foil pouch that has jelly in it as a part of a supplier change notification. They are unable to provide empty pouches at this time. We have a bubble leak test setup and we typically perform that as a part of our package integrity testing. The only idea I can think of is physically getting the jelly out by making an incision and bubble leaking the sample, is there a better way to do this ?
Any help is appreciated! Thank you!
