Good Afternoon!

I have just come in to a used ChemIndustry Softgel Encapsulation line. Being a used machine from a surplus company there isn't any documentation. Does anyone know where I can get ahold of any older ChemIndustry equipment manuals (It won't be on site for a few weeks so I lack serial numbers and models). In addition to that I'm also looking for reference material for softgel manufacturing so that I can brush up on my encapsulation knowledge. Below is a picture of the equipment in question.
