As our team grows and we're scaling new packaging programs, I'm looking to establish repeatable processes for bringing on strategic supplier partners. Given our small team size, I'm hoping to learn from proven templates and frameworks rather than reinventing the wheel.
Specifically, I'm seeking:
Supplier Setup & Onboarding:
- Standard questionnaire templates for initial supplier evaluation
- Onboarding playbooks or checklists (from first contact through production readiness)
- Supplier qualification criteria or scorecards you've used successfully
- Strategic partner assessment frameworks (capability, scalability, alignment with growth goals)
Project Management for Small Teams:
- Lightweight PM formats or frameworks that work well with limited resources
- Templates for tracking multiple packaging program launches simultaneously
- Tools or systems that help small teams execute efficiently without administrative overhead
- Milestone structures that keep supplier onboarding projects moving on timeline
I'm particularly interested in anything that's helped you move quickly while maintaining quality standards-our team is lean and our programs are moving fast.
