Hello colleagues, I am currently investigating structural integrity thresholds for UN-rated FIBCs (13H3/13H4)transporting hazardous dry chemicals.

As we adapt to more stringent 2026 distribution standards, I've noted a recurring challenge with tear propagation limitsduring the topple test when using high-barrier PET/Al/PP laminates.

Has anyone here benchmarked the impact of seam architecture on the 6:1 Safety Factor for bulk loads exceeding 1,000 kg? I'm particularly interested in how others are balancing UV-stabilization with the weld strength required for hazardous material certification. I have some preliminary data on this from my recent research and would value a peer exchange.
