The company where I work has established a Life Science division, which is a new experience for me as an industrial packaging engineer. For purchased private-branded parts, we need to document the supplier's packaging for those parts. To achieve this, we must create a packing form to send out to those suppliers.  Because I'm new to this, I was hoping someone in the medical packaging field might email me an example of a supplier packaging form they may have so I could refer to it.

If you let me know the type of medical packaging you are looking in to I can give you an idea of things to look out for with your supplier and from that you can generate a template.
