ISO potential suppliers & contacts - industrial bags/bladders for liquids

Hello!  I'm reaching out on behalf of an inventor seeking supplier(s) to assist in the development of components for his new product.  Looking to develop a custom bag/bladder that would be used in an outdoor environment (range of temperatures), in which a liquid (water or water-like consistency) would be circulated through.  So, it will also need fittings to allow the liquid to enter one end and out the other.  The overall filled bag/bladder size will need to be roughly either 3ft x 3ft or 3ft x 6ft (footprint), and, ideally, no more than 0.75" to 1" in height.  In addition to the bag itself, it will also require some kind of supporting grate to hold the bag in position (flat and held in contact with another component). The concept is for the bag to essentially act as a heat sink.  It's also important for the components to be relatively low-cost for the finished product to be feasible to its market.

Initially, the inventor will be looking for samples (a few to 25-50 for field tests), and eventually would want perhaps 500-1000 per production run.  And much higher if/when the product takes off.

The inventor has already tested the concept (it works!) and is ready to move forward.

I immediately thought of bag-in-box or a liquid bladder solution (such as Ready Containment, found via internet search), but I'm reaching out to this wonderful IoPP network for contacts and/or other ideas for suppliers for these components.

Thank you in advance for your input!
