Hi!
I'm hoping to find someone with experience on a Gerber M3000 Sunset Cutting Table. The cutting table is working and so is the Frontend system, but they are not connecting to each other. When I try to send a design to the table the 'RUN' function is not showing in the 'Job Ticket' screen. When I'm in the design (in the Frontend system) it shows, "Table State: OFF", in the lower right corner. The table is ON and registered when trying to send a design to it. The table is hardwired to the computer and does not use a floppy disk to transfer files.
I have contacted Lectra/Gerber and they do not provide on-site support for older model cutting tables. I have also reached out to a few companies, but I have not found one that supports this specific model. I would appreciate any help/feedback to get the system and table connected! I am also interested in recommendations on companies that could provide any sort of maintenance support for the Gerber M3000 in the future!
