Hello. Do you know of any US based company that may have a ready to use solution to replace the plastic (HDPE) Twinpak carrier for large PET bottles? Thank you in advance for your kind input.

Hello Jose, Two suppliers in the US that are addressing this need are GPI and Westrock.  They have solutions for larger diameter containers, I am not sure if they go as small in the closure diameter and as heavy as the two large juice containers in your photo.
