    Our Sustainable Packaging Technical Committee has announced a new leadership team and is ready to get the ball rolling on developing specific education geared toward sustainable packaging.

    The new SPTC leadership team is:

    • Co-Chair: Steve Carter, Treehouse Foods
    • Co-Chair: Patrick Keenan, General Mills
    • Mike Ross, Unilever
    • Eric Gassaway, Tricor Braun

    Do you want to get involved in the SPTC? Join our PackChat community to be a part of this worthwhile effort!

    Excellent news and long in coming! This is a vital topic of Sustainability and discussion for many in the area of what we all call Packaging is critically needed! With SRC Medical and custom injection molding it is about discussing options that are not only oil based in nature for materials but recycled, bio-based and yes some biodegradable. Now the IoPP can be proud to offer a committee with the sole purpose to have an open forum to bring this topic to the light and innovations it needs to be!
