    Hi, could anyone recommend a box maker within a 3 hour drive of Somerset, NJ?  We need 100,000 boxes ASAP and will probably take another 50-100,000 in short order.  It's a small box, about 7.5" x 5.25 x 7.5, tuck lock top and auto close bottom.  It's currently litho lam but we'd be open to post print, though the quality would need to be excellent.  The overall weight is 4 lbs, so this box could be in e-flute to help the post print, or perhaps go to B-flute with a heavy enough liner to improve the print quality.  Is digital print way more expensive than traditional graphics printing?  Is digital printing not appropriate for large runs?  I was just thinking it might allow us to get boxes quicker, but if the price is far higher, then it won't make sense.

    Contact Chris Rebuck at The Royal Group (TRG). They can produce litho, digital print at larger quantities, and traditional flexo print.
