Hi, My name is Wilsen Kannan,

I would like check on packing diapers into bulk bags, basically diapers are soft, what sort of bags are meant to pack diapers and is it possible to not wrap bottom of the pallets with stretch film.

Basically to obtain a stable pallet for transportation and warehousing. Is glue a solution to this type of packaging

Hello Wilsen,  Many companies use glue for pallet stabilizers to reduce film, I am familiar with HB Fuller TDS 9255 LP used with the Graco InvisiPac system.

Hello Wilsen. I not sure if it would apply to your particular situation, but there are anti-slip sheets that may help stabilize a pallet load and reduce the amount of stretch wrap required.

    Hello Wilsen,

We have worked on a few projects, and here is one that we did with Napkins for stacking in warehouse.  We did this by adding an exoskeleton to the product.

Load-Loc is another solution on the market.  From Signode.  However,  I am not sure the weight of the load is enough to keep it on the pallet without get 3-4" of the pallet with stretch film.  Test some loads.
