  • 1.  Running a Pkg Eng Department remotely

    What tool is folks using to run/manage Package Engineering departments remotely (ie: Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Windows files, etc).  I am looking for the best application to store project specific information with one source of truth but also have development dashboards that can provide updates to leadership on KPIs and Key Project deliverables.

    We use Microsoft Teams and you have to provide access to each associate so they can view the documentation and/or update.

    We have found Teams to be a very effective tool. That being said, nothing has been more critical than a commitment to quality communication (weekly / bi weekly Teams video meetings with direct reports).

    Sounds like a lot of folks are using teams or SharePoint as their solution.   Have you custom configured Teams/SharePoint or have you configured a purchased add in?  

    Any suggestion on the add ins that are available ?
