    Does anyone have a recommendation for a consultant with biopharmaceutical cold chin experience? I am looking for someone to help with developing protocols and testing a China to US shipping lane. Thanks, bruce

    I have worked with a company called ColdBox in the past for cold storage.

    They have great cold chain storage shipping containers which are monitored 24/h and you have access to the live data as well. Highly recommend for smaller shipments as they are pallet size (several sizes available) and reduce the need to rent a whole truck for smaller lot sizes or trial runs. I had used these in the past for product that needed to be sterilized also. It took sometime making sure the sterilizer had electric and space to plug in but other than that, it worked great for cold storage and the sterilization vendor was looking into these for future use as well!

    They did not provide validation protocols which is part of what you are looking for. You could look into Network partners. They are a consultant firm out of the twin cities, MN area.

    You may find success by contacting one of the Big 3 pharmaceutical wholesalers - Cardinal, AmerisourceBergen and McKesson already have experience bringing Chinese pharma products to the US for broad distribution and last mile programs.
