  • Chapter Communication: Q1 2025

Greetings, Wisconsin Chapter Members, Affiliates, and Supporters,

Happy New Year! I hope 2025 is off to a fantastic start for you. Fall is a busy time for me; it seems like I blinked my eyes a few times, and we went from September to January.

Let’s dive into some exciting chapter updates!

    Upcoming Events
We’re kicking off the year with a tour of the Outlook Group facility in Neenah on Wednesday, February 12, at 5 PM.

First up on our calendar is a chapter event scheduled for Wednesday, February 12. The Outlook Group in Neenah has graciously invited us to tour their facility. Afterward, we’ll enjoy dinner and an awards presentation at a local restaurant. Registration closes Friday, February 7, so be sure to sign up here.

Looking ahead, we’re planning two spring events: one with a guest speaker and a social outing. We'll hold these in April and May, with at least one in the Milwaukee area. And mark your calendars—our annual golf outing is set for Friday, August 15. The team is already brainstorming ways to make it even better!

    Scholarship News
Thanks to your support, we’ve funded two $800 underclassman scholarships at UW Stout for the 2025–26 school year and our $2,000 annual endowed scholarship.

These scholarships are a testament to our chapter's commitment to the future of packaging and are made possible by our members, affiliates, and supporters - thank you!

    Leadership Updates
We’re thrilled to welcome Michelle Coyne from Holland Colours to the leadership team as Event Chair and to congratulate Andrea Manor from Printron on her new role as Chapter Vice President.

Michelle will work directly with our members and location hosts to coordinate our events, and her involvement will allow us to improve our event planning and execution.

Andrea has been a leadership team member for several years and has shown great dedication to our chapter and the packaging industry. Her role as Vice President will prepare her to one day step into the Chapter President position.

And because of her knowledge, skill, and passion for the printing area of packaging, she'll also retain her role as Publications Chair, continuing her outstanding job creating our event flyers and golf outing signage.

Please help me congratulate Andrea and Michelle on their new chapter leadership roles. Their passion and dedication are sure to strengthen our team!

If you’re interested in joining the leadership team, we have openings for Secretary and Membership Chair—reach out to me directly.

I am looking forward to seeing you on February 12!

    Best regards,

    Mike
