Our guest speaker Dr. Patricia Sullivan, Leadership Coach, will be presenting "Creating Calm in Chaos" to share insights how you can continue to lead innovation amidst these challenging times.
Dr. Patricia Sullivan, Ph.D. is a leadership coach and trainer, with over 20 years in leadership development. Her strategic management and culture design successes enhance the results of the leaders she coaches. Clients are challenged to shift fixed and limiting beliefs into a focused attention that supports high-performing teams, workplace relationships, and improvements in organizational performance. Her passion for creating best places to work and leadership excellence has directed her professional and learning activities. Patricia earned her Ph.D. at the University of South Florida; her major was Adult Education, focusing on Leadership Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, and Employee Engagement.
IoPP-MDPTC's all member meeting will be held virtually on October 22, 2020. This meeting will include a committee update from the MDPTC Executive Board and will feature guest presentations on relevant topics.
