Our Golden Gate Chapter invites you inside the FedEx Express Oakland Hub for a close-up view of the logistics network that keeps packages moving throughout the region and around the world.
 
This major Oakland facility supports express delivery, freight, and international shipping, connecting businesses and customers to markets across the globe. The tour offers packaging professionals a chance to see how shipping and logistics operations come together after a package leaves the production line.
 
IoPP members attend free, while affiliates and non-members pay $15. Only 5 spaces are available!
 
Because the tour takes place at an airport facility, all attendees must arrive 15 minutes early, present a valid government-issued photo ID, and complete security screening. Closed-toe, low-heeled shoes are required, with non-skid footwear recommended. Skirts and dresses are not permitted. Cameras, recording devices, and alcohol consumption within six hours of the tour are also prohibited.
