Badger Hill Brewing is fierce about making high quality craft beer in the most delicious way possible. They make and package all their brews in Shakopee, in a facility that Finnegan also utilizes. They buy most of their malt and hops from Rahr Malting, right in Shakopee. The brewing equipment is provided by American Beer Equipment. Badger Hill Brewing's core values include fun, hardworking, nice, smart honest people, just like IoPP-MN. The company was started by three Minnesotans.
Tim Johnson, Head Brewer, will lead our tour and share his expertise. See Badger Hill Brewing's facilities, procedures, machinery, and packaging and learn about their process of producing and packaging their brews. Discuss and network with top packaging professionals as you enjoy brews and catered dinner in their taproom. At the end of the tour, your ticket can be exchanged for a beverage of your choice (either a flight or glass or a ½ pint). The tap room is open 3-8pm.
For your safety, closed-toe shoes need to be worn during the tour. Safety glasses will also be provided.
