I'm currently working on creation of Pkg. Materials Risk Assessment Process internally for my current employer.
Are there any FDA type courses or seminars available that anyone knows of to help me to implement a process and become more familiar with Food contact FDA regulations for both US and Canada?
Or any articles or books that may help as well.
Recently had some issues where fibers were found in our cakes from CCNB carton, and we have been asked to come up with a process to alleviate any future issues of this nature.
