Owens Corning, Manufacturer of Fiberglass Insulation, composite material and roofing products is seeking an engineering partner who would be willing to evaluate our legacy manufacturing
packaging automation equipment at several of our insulation plants. Partner would propose improvements to existing equipment (example: replace legacy pneumatic or hydraulic driven motions with servo motor technology), suggest potential new automation to consider and generally work to bring any lagging areas of the production lines up to modern day standards and higher levels of reliability. Focus will begin within the Fiberglass Insulation manufacturing network. With a proven partnership and successful results, opportunities for similar packaging automation evaluations and related work could also surface within the Mineral Wool Insulation, Foam board insulation, Composites, Roofing and Foamglass manufacturing areas.
